• Completed consultations are non-refundable.

3. 3-Day Right to Cancel (Consumer Protection Notice)

If required by applicable state law, clients may cancel their service agreement within three (3) business days of signing the agreement without penalty.

If cancellation is received within the required timeframe:

• Any payments made will be refunded within 5–10 business days.

If services have already been fully performed within the 3-day period at the client’s request, the client may waive this right where legally permitted.

Before scheduled consultation or service delivery:

Requests may be reviewed for possible refund, less administrative processing fees.

After services begin or consultation occurs:

Refunds are generally not issued once advisory services have been rendered.

Rescheduling consultations is permitted with reasonable advance notice.

• Score increases

• Funding approvals

• Account removals

• Business approvals

• Financial outcomes

Results depend on individual financial history, third-party institutions, and client cooperation.

6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in service suspension while the matter is reviewed.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for:

• Duplicate payments

• Billing errors

• Services unable to be delivered due to company error

Approval of any refund exception is at our sole discretion.
